Praveen Singhavi
Bracell President

With over 25 years of experience in team management, Praveen Singhavi leads more than 11,000 employees at Bracell’s units in Bahia and São Paulo, focusing on creating an efficient and sustainable business.

He served as president of APRIL, Bracell’s sister company within the RGE Group, for 15 years. Previously, he held various roles within the company, emphasizing financial management and business control.

Praveen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Maharshi Dayanand School, a Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Diploma from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Guilherme Araújo
Managing Director

With over 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, including the last five years at Bracell, Guilherme leads the company’s operations in Bahia, focusing on high performance and continuous improvement in industrial and forestry operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA in Economics and Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Eduardo has 30 years of experience in the consumer products industry. He has worked at companies like Johnson & Johnson and Kimberly-Clark, leading the global Baby Care department. Since 2014, he has been General Manager for both national and international companies, including Pfizer, Santher, and most recently, Bracell, as General Director of Bracell Papéis in Brazil. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and has pursued specializations at Universidade de São Paulo, Columbia University, and Stanford University.

Chief Operating Officer

Clinton has extensive experience in team development and operations management, focusing on enhancing quality and productivity, reducing costs, and maintaining the highest safety standards. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School and specializations degrees in Pulp and Paper as well as in Project Management from Durban University of Technology and High Performance Leadership from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
