The socio-cultural space, “Casa Bracell Social”, will be dedicated to the company’s social projects and activities involving the communities where it operates
Since last Monday, 26, Lençóis Paulista, in the interior of São Paulo, has a new space dedicated to fostering and supporting social initiatives that promote development, inclusion, and opportunities for the local community and neighboring cities. The “Casa Bracell Social”, inaugurated by Bracell, aims to enable transformative projects that positively impact the quality of life of the population.
The space will serve as the hub for the company’s private social investment program, Bracell Social, which operates based on three fundamental pillars: Education, Empowerment, and Enhancement. These pillars underpin initiatives focused on improving the quality of public education, strengthening female entrepreneurship, supporting productive groups, and generating work and income.
In addition to hosting these activities, the space was designed to be a meeting point, offering workshops, training sessions, and an environment for integration among partners, volunteers, and the community, with the goal of building a more sustainable and inclusive future.
“Our intention is for Casa Bracell Social to inspire every visitor and participant to envision new possibilities, contributing to the construction of a more promising future,” emphasizes Mouana Sioufi, Manager of Institutional Relations and Social Responsibility at Bracell in São Paulo. According to her, the space was envisioned as a meeting point that fosters collective growth and welcomes initiatives for social transformation.
Inauguration of Casa Bracell Social
The inauguration of Casa Bracell Social brought together authorities, social organizations, companies, Indigenous leaders, partners, and beneficiaries of Bracell’s social projects in São Paulo. During the event, guests learned more about the company’s initiatives through cultural presentations and the “Ferinha Coletivo Bracell Social” – an action that promotes the commercialization of products and highlights businesses and ventures developed by participants in the company’s social projects.
Even before the official opening, Casa Bracell Social had already been impacting the local community with activities carried out since October 2024. One of the first actions was a graffiti workshop led by local illustrator Dinho Flavio, known for his vibrant art and for valuing local culture. During the workshop, young participants from social organizations were invited to explore urban art, leaving their marks on the external walls of the Casa – a symbol of the connection between the community and this space of transformation.
Another highlight was the “Conexão Project”, which aims to support the sustainable development of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Lençóis Paulista, expanding their reach and impact.
Impact initiatives for the local community
With these initiatives already underway, Casa Bracell Social plans to continue hosting and promoting actions in 2025 that strengthen social inclusion and sustainability, establishing itself as a space for realizing dreams and fostering collective growth.
For the future, Bracell is already planning a comprehensive program for the Casa, with activities focused on training, lectures, workshops, and discussions on topics such as the 2030 Agenda, inclusion, and diversity. “Through these initiatives, Bracell reinforces its commitment to social transformation and strengthening the communities where it operates, consolidating the space as a place of opportunities and achievements for the population of Lençóis Paulista and the surrounding region,” concludes Mouana.
